Sonia Gandhi US Summons Avoidable-Indian Overseas Congress

New York: Prabhu Sinha. Sikhs for Justice class action suit on Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, President of All India Congress Comm., on September 3, 2013 in the district court of Eastern District of New York, for the 1984 violence by the alleged Kamal Nath, Jagdisg Tytler, Sajjan Kumar and others, “were  completely avoidable ” says Indian Overseas Congress President Vikram Bajwa.

As soon as Mrs. Sonia Gandhi left New Delhi IOC was fearing the unwelcome, due to the fact that AICC Legal Department in 24 Akbar road, who had been briefed in January 2013, on the Sikhs For Justice, motives and pending case against Indian Overseas Congress, was not adhered to, with repeated requests to Abhishek Singhvi, by senior Leaders like Dr. Karan Singh, who is the Chairman of Foreign Affairs, of the Indian National Congress, including Minister of External Affairs Salman Khurshid.

IOC General Secretary Sunil Malhotra, demands the resignation of all the members of the AICC-Legal cell, who failed to protect AICC President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, with this frivolous case by Sikhs For Justice.
